megga88 Terms and Conditions of Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and megga88 ("Platform", "we" or "company"). This Agreement governs the use of the megga88 platform in its entirety, including all products, services, games and features available on it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the megga88 platform means you accept this Agreement in full, without any conditions or exceptions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

3. Deposit Methods and Payments

The megga88 platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for each listed payment method. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments, which will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time the transaction takes place.

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities within the megga88 platform.
• megga88 does not charge processing fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply certain charges.
• All deposits are subject to automatic and manual security checks as required.
• megga88 reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit that raises suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

4. Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the last deposit, subject to the security policy currently in force.
• Players must fulfil all wagering requirements associated with any bonus received before submitting a withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement applied is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM150, your account balance becomes RM250 and you need to place bets totalling RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.

• megga88 is not responsible for any losses caused by internet connection disruptions on the player's end.
• Winnings obtained through a technical error or system bug will not be paid out and will be automatically voided.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

• The player violates any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The player fails to pass a KYC check or submits false identity documents.
• The player is found to be using multiple accounts or sharing an account.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the megga88 customer support team. Any valid account balance will be returned once all security checks are completed.
